Probable Cause

On May 9, 2017, at a residence in the City of Brainerd, County of Crow Wing, State of Minnesota, Michael Lee Laflex (DOB: 06/18/1977), the defendant herein, initiated and engaged in sexual intercourse with L.M.T. who is a vulnerable adult and who has been diagnosed as developmentally disabled and is mentally impaired. Initially L.M.T. told Defendant no, but later agreed to have sex at Defendant's insistence.
