Probable Cause

On December 12, 2021, T.M.T. and K.L.K. reported an e-bike had been stolen from outside The Barn restaurant in Brainerd, Crow Wing County, MN. The bike is valued at $1900. The bike was stolen between 1:30 and 2:30 p.m..

On December 13, 2021, at 9:33 a.m., Joseph Beach pawned the bike at T & B Pawn Shop in Brainerd, MN for $300. Beach told B.R.B. he wanted to buy a lap top but the $300 was not enough and Beach did not have additional cash.

On December 14, 2021, Officer Joshua Claussen took a mirandized statement from Beach in the jail. Beach admitted pawning the bike and claimed he had paid $750 cash for it on December 12, 2021, from a person named Michael.

Please note that wanted individuals should not be arrested based on the information posted to this website. All warrants must be confirmed by the issuing agency prior to enforcement. While we intend to make every effort to keep the information on this page accurate and current, there are often delays between court action on a warrant and updates to the Crow Wing County Attorney’s computer database.
